After living at The Ellison, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. WORST and most unprofessional management I have ever experienced. They straight up ignore every phone call, voicemail, and email. I can't even begin to tell you how many times we tried to contact the office and/or management team with zero response. I find it funny that they are responding to negative reviews telling people to contact them.....as if they will actually answer?! David in particular was terrible to work with. They change policies without any notice to residents, then charge you a fee when you unknowingly didn't comply with the new policy, then won't answer the phone or reply to an email when you want to inquire about it. The apartments/townhomes themselves are beautiful, and I enjoyed my unit and the location of the complex, but it's SO not worth putting up with the terrible management. I moved half a mile down the street to a new complex with wonderful management and couldn't be happier. Edited to add after their response: NO communication was ever made to residents about the partial rent policy change until AFTER it went into effect and residents were confused and upset. So now they are on here straight up lying. This 'business' is seriously a joke.

Management is a JOKE!! SOOOOOOO many problems with this community but just to give you a sample of how awful this place is....every day i come home and see trash right across my apartment. Not to mention the awful smell, which is not healthy. They 'offer' valet trash which is HORRIBLE service but even so, its supposed to be trash inside the trash can with closed lid but no rules or regulation is enforced at this community.... ...and that is JUST to name one issue!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Car has been broken into 4 times. No cameras in garages and when asked if they could upgrade security or get cameras to deter criminals, they simply said no. Lastly, the smell in the lobby and halls is always horrible. They offer Valet trash that is never actually picked up and just results in the whole building smelling terrible.
This is a great property and with great customer service. I originally went to a sister property to tour and worked with Antoinesha. After her and I conversing about my needs and wants in an apartment she already knew what would work best for me and showed me awesome options. I recommend her 100% if you are looking to The Ellison as your next home.
I recently virtually toured these beautiful apartments. The price is a little high for my liking but the apartments are beautiful very modernly updated. Ms. Miranda walked me through one of the apartments, she was very thorough and very nice. The apartment is very spacious and I love the wood flooring. I will recommend these apartments to my friends and family. I also virtually toured their other property The Atwood. As for me I will find something cheaper since I work most of the day. Thanks Ms. Miranda you were very nice and welcoming.
