I came in with a return and the assistant manager was very rude and condescending. She said I “claimed” a manager at another store told me I had 60 days to make a return, yet she had already called and confirmed that this was the case. Yet the manager at this store would not honor that policy and the assistant manager refused to give me store credit for the items they wouldn’t let me return. Just so happens I’m pregnant and have been out running around all day and I’m ready to get home, not be hassled about something as simple as a return.
