I went in simply to buy a pair of cycling shoes and the entire experience was five star thanks to Randall who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and warm and showed me several shoe options and installed the cleats for me. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes and I was beyond thrilled with the service. Just an overall wonderful experience.

We literally could not be happier with our service, salesmanship, options and pricing. Not to mention taking COVID-19 restrictions super seriously and effectively. We have shopped other bike shops and not found the level of intelligence, dedication and information on the inventory in the store and what could be custom ordered. We are on a budget, and once our budget permits we will be going back to purchase another bicycle from this location. Hopefully with our same sales person. It was from start to finish a 100% enjoyable experience and we'd highly recommend their services and sales.
