I signed my sister up for the cleaning for a reason program. The next day she was scheduled two courtesy cleans by Juliana. I will be signing my sister up for a monthly service by Two Maids. She was ecstatic and thoroughly impressed with the gentleman and lady that cleaned her apartment. Thank you for adding value to the rest of my sisters days!

Used to be a great service, we have been a customer since 2016, every 2 weeks. Starting in the summer, they would forget to email before a service, and started showing up late, or missing appointments. We had to skip 3 weeks because of home schooling, they came one time after that, then have not shown up since. They don't return emails or calls, I guess I have been ghosted by our cleaning service.
this has been a horrible experience. booking the cleaning was fine and the actual people were really nice, but trying to provide feedback about how the floor was cleaned has been more than frustrating. i literally have to carefully slide around my floor because whatever solution they used has made it dangerously slippery. and i'm not exaggerating...fell down the stairs on day one and it's day three now. i just gingerly walk around and have to re-mop (woof). As nice as the people doing the work were, the end result overall is me canceling my service. PS. it's not easy to cancel or get anyone to respond to you.

On October 3rd I scheduled bi-weekly service with Two Maids and a Mop for October 6th. I received a phone call on October 5th to confirm the time they would be arriving which they had wrong (morning when it should have been afternoon) and said they would correct that. The day of service no one showed up, no one called to say they would be late or not able to come and no email was sent. Extremely disappointing first experience and only experience with them. I researched another company - Dallas Maids - and scheduled an appointment for bi-weekly service. Dallas Maids sent an email, called me, text me and made sure I was pleased with the work they did. I would not recommend Two Maids and a Mop to anyone based on my experience. It was very unprofessional and I was without a cleaning service on the day I needed it.
