I really enjoyed the staff at this location. Not only were they helpful, but they actually explained everything about the rental and the vehicle. I have never experienced such helpful and nice staff while renting a truck! I left the store saying “I really want to leave them a review because they were so helpful and thorough.” The man that explained all of the paperwork knew it like the back of his hand, but was very open to questions - and could answer them quickly and easily. The woman that showed me the vehicle was great. She told me all of the tricks to ensure the rental went smoothly, and even added a few jokes along the way. I had a great experience!

The service here was great looks like a very busy place and hard to get in. Everybody wants a ground-level storage. I was fortunate enough to find out that I could rent a 10 x 25 they only had one left for 259 a month. They don't have any specials. Manager of the location said it's very rare to see a bottom level drive up storage be free people have been running their for 5 10 15 years. So we were lucky to find it when we did. It is off of a very busy street and it is a little cramped in there. But the friendly and helping staff, plus the climate control makes this a prime location.
