Our experience with West Georgia Door was nothing short of a very positive experience. Excellent customer service and our garage door was taken down and replaced in a timely fashion. Good quality door. Very affordable. We highly recommend.
I would have given them a 5, but... I am a little surprised by the follow-up services. WGGD replaced my garage door last year with insulated panels, and we love it! The temperature in the garage was pretty nominal during the summer (rejecting heat from the outside) and warm in the winter (retaining the heat on the inside). The work was done well and it really improved the look of the house. That's definitely worth 5-Stars. However, now that we are ready to change our opener, I've emailed and called multiple times, but no one has returned my emails/calls.

They repaired my door this spring. It broke again at the same spot on 7/29/2020. I called to ask if they guaranteed their work. The guy that answered offered no help at all and told me to text him my address. I did that with no response. I called yesterday reaching their voice mail. From what I gathered from the recording they have changed the name to Mr Garage. I left a message explaining that I cannot open my door at all and had to cancel appointments for today because of it. After several calls and messages still nothing. Both times I used them under the previous name it was timely and the repairman were very helpful. Now under this new name they won't answer their phone or return a message. I doubt they will be in business long under any name if this is the way they are going to treat repeat customers.
