I've been to Germany and Colorado and wasn't expecting too much. But Westlake surprised me to the fullest. Their flatbread was very tasteful as well. The setting and cleanliness as well as the easy going staff deserves the full 5 stars.

Check this place out! Seriously. Just do it. Great beer. Knowledgeable servers. Cool atmosphere. If you want a real brewery experience, go to Westlake. After years of local breweries from Louisiana to Texas to Colorado to Utah to Chicago to New York, for real, this place is worth your time. There’s great beer and great breweries in a lot of places. What most of us are looking for is the soul of it. Westlake has it.
Best stop of the day on our cross-country road trip! Art, Cody, Daniel, and Mia behind the bar took great care of us and offered lively conversation as we bonded over camping and travel destinations. Fantastic beer selection, especially the Don’t Skip Leg Day and the Super Saison. My girlfriend was partial to the Rainout Hazy.
Delicious selection of beer and food. The bartenders are super nice and service is always speedy. They have different events throughout the week (like game night, trivia, running club, etc). Highly recommend!
Great spot to grab beers in Deep Ellum. Very chill, and solid beers across the board. Delkus and Runs’n’Goses were standouts. They have a patio as well and a variety of seating. One suggestion, board games would be a nice plus!
