Terrible customer service. I literally have no heat, just moved to ct a few months ago and was told they can’t help because we’re not a regular customer. So basically, screw you, freeze and have a good day. Thanks Jane for your kindness. Not nice at all.

Prices are reasonable, staff is courteous, and the delivery is reliable. I'm not sure why all the squawky reviews; we've had this company for almost 10 years and recommend them to everyone! Keep up the good work.
Waited over three weeks for simple delivery of a propane tank...went with another company..ridiculous
My contract with NE propane ended in October 2019 and they are trying to charge me a 60 contract fee since this past April. They have ignored all my previous emails about this when I replied saying that I do not owe them 60 as we no longer have a contract for service with them. This is their automatic contract fee that is assessed, regardless if you meet the minimum usage. We were told that we have to ask to have this assessed and removed every time. Here we are, past the point of contract and we are still being charged. I had customer service try to argue with me today why I should still pay a contract fee for a contract I no longer have in a location where I no longer reside. I have called twice about this bill so far, and I've emailed 3 times. Every email reply was ignored and they just keep resending the bill. This time they are threatening to send it to collections if I don't pay a contract fee that they're charging me past the end of my contract!
Thought I may have a propane leak within the line to my stove so I called for emergency service. Rep told me it would be 192 per hour for a service tech to come out!! I understand it’s a Sunday and outside of normal business hours but that’s a lot of money to charge when I am a regular customer of this business! Go somewhere else where they care about the safety of their clients Update! Received a call from Mike at Northeast propane this morning and he was great to deal with. Kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He explained to me the options for service and repair, if needed, and even ways to save money on my propane costs in the future. So glad that he called to check on the situation!!!
