Absolutely the friendliest bike shop I have been to in all the years of riding. I found this shop after recently moving the area. I visited few times for urgent maintenance on my road bike and the mechanic was extremely helpful. He is knowledgeable about mountain bikes and road bikes. Willing to work with you if you have a tight schedule to get the work you need done. Don't hesitate to come to this shop. No need to drive far away for another shop when such superb customer service can be had at Ski Valley.
