I have been using Data Hunters’ internet service for about 16 months now and I have to say, I am very pleased with their service and perks in my building. I did have a few issues with my router but they came the next day and addressed my problem promptly and professionally. I do move a lot and hope to use their service in other buildings I move to as well.
This is company is amazing! Sometimes I feel like they are a non-profit organization doing volunteer work. They never charge for a service, they provide appoints within a couple days at the most, and I have had issues at 10:00pm and although after their posted hours of operations, I have talked to someone and they have helped me troubleshoot in a very personal level. It is like calling a company during day to tech support and in the evening you are calling a buddy to get help over the phone. Great experience and great company. Only thing that bothers me about this company is that they are only available in select buildings. Hopefully their coverage grows exponentially before I move.
