I didn't feel pressured once while working with him and we were able to make a deal on our certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would highly recommend him if you are looking at buying a vehicle. I just purchased my third truck from Kimberly Dodge, and they have always made the process as quick and painless as possible. On this third truck, however, I was in a unique situation involving a buyback with FCA. While I was waiting for everything to go through, I had identified the exact truck that I wanted, but was nervous that someone might purchase it before I could. After sharing my concerns with Steve Simpson and Jim Bonar, the truck was immediately pulled off the lot as they patiently waited for the process with FCA to finish. This may be standard practice, but to me it was above and beyond for the dealership to do this for me. From sales to service, Kimberly has been nothing short of amazing to work with.

We are located in a different state 3 Hrs East of the Dealership but that did not complicate things at all.
