I was a candidate of Robert Half before I became a team member. I was unhappy in my last role and applying online to all positions I felt qualified for. I hadn't realized I applied to a staffing firm when OfficeTeam called me. I worked with one other staffing firm in the past and did not have a good experience. I interviewed with the recruiter, completed my testing, and had a couple opportunities presented to me before they presented the internal position. I have been with the company for 15 months now. My team interviews near 20 candidates a week for our available positions and proactively market our top candidates to our clients almost as soon as we meet them. We exist to bring companies and candidates together and pride ourselves on making the best match.

Funny story, I will never forget interviewing here for a potential job assignment. After my interview and testing which I did amazing on, the lady that interviewed me pulled me back into a room and started making remarks about my resume looking to plain and how I should wear my hair and basically berated me about my perfume when I didn't have a single ounce of perfume on me. Instead of jumping over that conference table and getting an assault charge when I really just needed a job I decided to just leave. I had another interview 30 minutes later anyway for a receptionist job which I got by the way. 1 month later they contacted me and offered me a job. I was brutal when I shot them down and told them that after the interview and how I was treated that I didn't want any part of anything they had to offer and they could take me off their contact list. Fast forward 2 years later. I am now an operations manager after working my way from the bottom up of a very large company and my receptionist comes in my office and asks why we were hiring for a receptionist. I said \we aren't\. Basically one of their recruiters (the same lady that interviewed me) tried to be slick on the phone to get to the person in charge of hiring. Well she got me and wasn't happy when rolls reversed and she was the one getting berated. I wasn't good enough then and now she wants to call begging for business. Not happenin honey
