Working with David to purchase our family’s first home was an absolute dream! As our real estate agent he listened to everything that was on my must have list (which was a long list lol) and worked tirelessly to find exactly what we wanted. He never pressured us into buying a home we were not 100% sold on. When David started working on our home as a developer he didn’t hesitate to reach out to us immediately because he thought it would be one that we would love as it checked off many more items on my list than any other house we’d seen and he was right! I walked in and immediately knew it was perfect for our family and exactly what we wanted! This is true both before, during and after the transaction. We closed on the beautifully updated Dumont home in March 2020. It was predominantly smooth and pleasant transaction.
