Probably one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Compared to other dealerships the price of my car was a lot lower. Negotiations were easy and they moved as quickly through the car financing process as well. Ryan was my salesman and he applied no pressure. I think he could already tell the type of customer I was and he made me want to come back without making me feel I was obligated to.

This review is regarding the Purchase of a vehicle and does not consider the Service. I contacted a sales person on Friday and arrange a visit and test drive of an 2020 RDX. Sales person was knowledgeable and helped my wife and I understand the features of the car. We've been driving other vehicles and this one was for our daughter who had a horrible experience with Mazda. We had dinner obligations and left the dealership that night before negotiating a specific deal in person. Our daughter had not yet been able to test drive the car. Later that evening the sales person texted a prelim deal which helped us to understand and research the market. We did our homework that evening from a computer and ended up finding a great deal at another dealership. The dealer had the color, make, model, and package of the vehicle my daughter preferred. We let the sales person at McDavid know that she was too high on the offer and that we really just need a simple Tech package on the RDX with FWD. She countered and offered us a deal with slightly different colors with aggressive pricing. My daughter ended up selecting her original colors on a different package at a purchase price we felt was reasonable. We settled on a price and preliminary purchase financing. My single gripe was the obligation to purchase the forced dealer protection package about about 1099. During the sales process this cost was represented as something besides spray covering/protecting the paint, carpet, seats, etc. Rather than continuing to be upset about this, I dropped it after being introduced to the dealership's GM. All in all I give the sales team a solid 5 stars for their professionalism, kindness, desire to sell us a vehicle at a price we desired, and our overall experience. We look forward to updating this post with our Service experience as the vehicle requires it.
My experience being a first time buyer has been smooth and easygoing thanks to Ryan M. with David McDavid Acura! He is very helpful and shows great customer service skills. I love my car and was very confident with my purchase! I would definitely recommend and I will be returning in the future.
I like my Acura a lot, I really do. It affords me the capability to have a luxury vehicle with almost all of the bells/whistles for a good price. My wife has a Lexus from Park Place in Plano off the Tollway near Frisco. When she shows up they know her name, know the issue, and she is treated like a queen. Constant communication, an amazing experience whether it's just service or perhaps a stressful situation. I'm amazed at how they do it so seamlessly and build a family. I know their facility is new and such, but this is where Acura falls short. I look forward to their new facility to see if things change and mimic this style of service. The facility is very subpar, the communication is sparse, but perhaps they're waiting for their new facility up in NW Plano. Payam is my sales associate of choice, he's great. If you're in the market he will take good care of you.
Be Aware!! I purchased Range rover from this place . Day i was buying they try to trick me with totall amount . I said im not buying they fixit . After I purchased vehicle I realized they didn't do the service on this car which they promised me before I purchased. Anyway this peoples are nice until they sale you the vehicle if you go back for any reason they will act like a crook or scam bags whatever you guys say in English. This bussines should not even exist.
