I had a great experience shopping at this location. Ashley was so helpful and patient and found so many great dresses to choose from that were in my price range and matched my style. She had great advice about undergarments, alterations, accessories, etc. to consider and she made the whole process informative as well as fun. I would not have thought of many of the things she suggested and I am so grateful for her advice. Thank you, Ashley!

UPDATE: Kendal at David's Bridal is taking care of this and another dress is on the way from another store. I'm hopeful that they can get this issue resolved. I will update when it is. I'm disappointed. When I found my dress, my bridal party and me, were told that it be two weeks before I could pick up my dress, because they had to dip it and clean it and fix what needed to be fixed because, my dress was a sample dress. So, I was like cool, my dress will look new. Boy was I wrong. I now have to take it else where because I refuse to go back. I had a friend help me look the dress over (two eyes better than one). My dress has a smell to it, we pulled so much hair out of the dress, and still there is some in the dress. The tulle is ripped in the back and on an outter layer of the skirt. The inside has makeup marks and dirt (where the dress dragged the ground, which I can understand) but its like dirt in the whole underneath. Look I know it was a sample dress and I was told that they could not order it in my sizes so I got the sample dress. I call bull on that because I just went online and looked at the same dress and color, and I could order it in my size. Thanks for making this bride cry and have to spend even more money, to have my dress fixed. Oh and very minor detail, I didn't even get the dress bag I was suppose too.
I wasn't sure what to expect when going to David's Bridal. When we arrived, we were greeted by staff and my personal shopper, Christine, immediately came to help us. She was courteous, professional, and made the experience fun. I was able to find my dress on the first try, even though I tried on others. I had a wonderful experience.
I had such a wonderful experience dress shopping! My consultant, Maddie was attentive and encouraging even though she was helping multiple brides. They had a fantastic selection of plus sized dresses in this store. I highly recommend this Davids Bridal to other brides in the area.
Maybel Gomez THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING DAY! As hard as it was to consider coming in during the pandemic, the staff really knew how to make you feel safe. Even double masking because they care about others. I wouldn't have found my dress if i didn't come in, nor would I have known that I actually preferred a ball gown over a mermaid styled dress I though I wanted. I was able to bring my Matron and Maid of honor and my sister! (Also my wedding planner) I got to try on every dress I wanted and never felt too pressured or rushed, all the right amount of support from my stylist. She is a stylist Y'all! Every vail she picked out matched the dress I was in, she figured out my true flair. Adding a matching mask and garter it was a day full of wins and says YES! TO MY WEDDING DRESS from David's bridal! P.S ultimate win because my dress was on clearance and I got a discount too for being on their loyalty program the diamond club! GO HERE ASK FOR MAYBEL GOMEZ & FIND YOUR DREAM DRESS!
Crystal was wonderful. She was so helpful and sweet, she definitely deserves a raise! She was very talkative with me and she helped pick out so many things for me. I didn’t even notice she was helping out another person until right before I left because she was just so attentive to me. And I only noticed because I heard the lady talking about how helpful she was when I was in the dressing room. She was truly wonderful. And Skye is a fashionista and deserves extra pay for being in such high fashion. She looked very professional and on point. These two ladies made my day and were just wonderful to me.
This was my first time trying on dresses and I couldn’t be more disappointed with David’s bridal. As I walked in I was greeted with “name? Date? Budget?” Not a hello or how are you. I was limited to trying on 5 dresses due to covid.I was then pointed to where the dresses were and told to pick 5 with no help or instruction from the consultant. Carla the consultant continued her conversations with other staff and appeared very annoyed by any questions we had. The dresses were then taken to my dressing room and the consultant Carla disappeared. My brides maids were left to help me with the dresses. This was a horrible first experience for me. I will Not recommend this place to anyone.
Wonderful Experience at David's Bridal Woodbridge, worked with Carla Gomez, she was amazing. My daughter had to move her wedding up making finding a dress urgent. Carla listened to my daughters wishes and likes and only pulled 3 dresses of those 3 they were all winners. She picked one and she had the delivery rushed. We got the dress on time and everything was wonderful!! Thanks to Carla for being a big part of my daughters wedding.
