Thanks for all the time you took in helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams! I saved alot by coming to look, and I believe I couldn't have found a more beautiful dress anywhere else for the price!

I went to D.B with two of my bridesmaids for our scheduled appointment. I was quite disappointed in the behavior of the stylist. She was in no way helpful or even interested in making this a positive experience. She seemed to be more interested in how I wore my mask. She was rude to me and to one of my bridesmaids and I will not stand for it. Needless to say, after the first dress, we left and I will never be back. If your concern is about how I wear a mask and not one concern for assisting in picking a fabulous bridesmaids dress, or in my case, 7 of them, you don't need my business. Shame on you for not respecting my rights. We will not be treated this way by you or any of your staff.
Kristen was so wonderful to work with. She was very kind and considerate when helping me pick my dress for my big day. She gave her honest opinion and wasn't just trying to "sell" me a dress. She invested her time and energy into finding something that was right for me and my interest of what I liked. She made sure I felt comfortable and read my emotions for each dress I tried on. She was very sweet and I would recommend her to anyone looking for their wedding dress!
I came into David’s Bridal twice in my search for a mother of the groom dress. I had an excellent experience both times. Especially on my first visit when I came in alone, Betsy, made me feel special and gave me a lot of insight and feedback. At some other stores I was made to feel less important than other members of the wedding party, but not here. I am very pleased with the dress I ordered and look forward to going back to the store when my dress arrives.
Hannah was amazing. She knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. She was so attentive and on top of her game! I highly recommend working with Hannah. She helped make my experience very easy! It was a quick and painless say yes to the dress!!! Thank you Hannah for everything!!!
Amazing place with the best help! I walked in with the simplest idea of what I was looking at. Abigail was the best! She was able to help me find what looked the best on me and give me options. I’m looking forward to my future visits here!
We went in looking for mothers of the bride and groom dresses. We were not greeted when we entered the store nor were we helped throughout our shopping experience. The staff seemed only interested in standing behind their counter. I ended up taking a dress off a mannequin directly in front of the desk, even then they did not help us. Highly disappointed. Despite the lack of help we did find a dress my mother loved however, when we asked the woman at the counter about ordering it in my mothers size she stated they did not come that small. I went online and found the exact dress in the size we requested from Macy's. Our entire experience felt like we were bothering them by trying to give them business. We went again a few months later after purchasing shoes from David's bridal online which were sent with one size 5.5 shoe and one size 8 shoe. When we approached the woman at the counter about returning them she stated in a very rude tone of voice that the chain store did not exchange for the online store so we'd just have to send them back. She then turned her back to us and started speaking to a coworker. I understand the policy however I feel like the interaction could have been handled much better. That being said we will never step foot in this store again nor will we order anything from them online. It should be noted that it ended up costing me 25 in shipping to and from my home for something that was obviously their error. Buyer beware.
I found a dress, for my wedding. However I did not get the experience I wanted per say. I assumed I’d be hyped up, get to try on veils, and get the full experience to be like wow, I’m gonna be a bride. It still doesn’t feel real, I feel like I just found a dress for prom and not my wedding. All I did was try on and hand em back. Half the time when I walked out of the room, I was alone, the women who helped me was always elsewhere. She did a good job helping me find a dress, but it took a lot, and she didn’t seem to want to stick in my price range. As I’m trying on dresses I’m looking at the tag and feeling ashamed at such beautiful dresses I knew I could not afford. And I very clearly said I can not finance or have a credit card. It’s just slightly shameful I don’t get to feel like a fancy bride who found THE ONE dress she fell in love with. I feel like I just accepted it because it was the only one that was more in my price range but also had the one thing I wanted. Pockets. I wish I got to experience trying on pretty belts, and veils to complete the look and get a full wedding dress experience. Heck I would have even bought a veil, but instead I just left. Feeling like I wasn’t even allowed to look at them. It was my first time here and sadly other than picking up my wedding dress it will most likely be my last. Its even more sad to find my exact dress online and look at the images and see the women who tried them on and chose those dress as I did, they got to try on belts and see the dress accessorized. One even got the heart saying “I found the one” I got none of that. I’m so so sad and I’ll never get to have the experience of choosing my wedding dress again. I’m so offended and upset. The woman who helped me clearly did not want me there long at all.
