So..I bought a dress here. I felt Rushed. The Dressing rooms felt gross. Service is done by people who aren’t excited about their job. If you’re looking for even a little of the “say yes to the dress” treatment..DO NOT GO HERE! I ended up bringing my dress back cause I made a split decision the day I bought it and then realized that I wanted something more special than what I got at David’s Bridal. NOW. Bridesmaid dresses. I ended up coming here for these cause I’m having my daughters in my wedding, and I’m buying the dresses. Prices are GREAT. Let me warn you though, you NEED to be there at least 6 months before your wedding day to buy these. We went 4 months before, and there was almost nothing that would be in on time. So even though there was a ton of dresses...It didn’t help us much. Overall. I’m not impressed. There’s great outlet wedding dress stores that offer exceptional service and quality dresses for much better prices..GO THERE! Oh, and don’t even try going on a weekend day!!

My Niece is getting married. She lives 2 hours away but because of the selection and the amazing customer service at this shop she gladly drives the distance. Theresa is her assistant. She is amazing!! She truly listens to the bride to be's wishes. Theresa came out with a dress from the back room that my niece fell in love with️ Several weeks of fittings and alterations, it is now perfect. She gets married tomorrow, 9-19-2020
Great service, My daughter was able to find her Dress..Great selection. We Even took my granddaughter with us and George her monkey on the adventure.
I am part of a wedding this fall and we went to go get out dresses this weekend. Alia worked with us and she was AMAZING. We could not have been more lucky to work with her. She was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable with trying on the dresses. She helped me enjoy a sometimes stressful experience. Thanks Alia!
From the beginning of our appointment to the very last moment in the Nashua NH store, the experience was awful. Our assistant didn’t bother to introduce herself nor could she be bothered to inquire as to who’s appointment this was. After being incredibly unhelpful in selecting dresses, she was visibly annoyed at being asked to assist in zipping dresses all while saying less than a handful of words. After that, my family and I were looking at the jewelry where she all of a sudden was constantly with three feet of us (like we would try to steal something) yuck! Because we live over an hour and a half away we scheduled a 7:30pm appointment and by 8:30 we were being sort of ushered towards the registers at the front of the store where the other associates were congregating, obviously ready to go. There were no less than 4 women behind the counter but, ourselves and the lady behind us had to stand and wait, so I went to the register where three of the women were sitting and was told that that one was closed, so I got back in line and was finally checked out. Whew! That all around was a miserable, uncomfortable situation that left us all feeling kind of bad : ( Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Cheap materials and astronomical mark ups on poor quality and cut with awful customer service? No thank you! Shop small and local, best selection and service? Yes please.
