I bought a bird from Bill a week ago and had a wonderful experience. I am very happy with my new feathered friend and Bill and the woman who was at the shop with him were very nice and took the time to discuss the bird and any questions I had. I drove about an hour and a 1/2 away and was well worth the drive. Thanks again Bill

Love the self service baths! Makes it way easier to bathe my pups here than at home. Nail clipping is also great!! The ladies that cut my dogs nails were awesome and super nice and you can tell they love animals! I used to take my dogs to Petco to get their nails clipped but it didn't really seem like the groomers enjoyed their job and would sometimes make my dogs bleed :(

The best place for anything bird related, don’t go to the big box. Bill’s Birds is specialized in birds. Tami and her husband are awesome, they will help you with all of your questions. Again this is the place for birds

Bought a baby cockatiel 19 days ago. We were given instructions and supplies how to care for it. We did everything we were told to do. He most likely aspirated and Bill agreed that is most likely the cause. Casper passed today and broke my 13 year old daughters heart. The point of my review is that I do not feel Bill should be selling such young and fragile birds. He was only 3 weeks old when we got him. It’s my fault too for not doing enough research, but the research says baby birds should not be sold until they have been weaned (learning after the purchase/rescue). When we were in his store, which is not the most comfortable place, we did inquire about a more mature cockatiel and was encouraged not to get that one because he’s older and not a nice bird, but a baby is better bc we would bond better. Not denying the later part, but feeling bad for the birds that they are discouraging people from buying! At the end of the day, I would not recommend Bills birds. Good luck
