Yesterday I went to my tiguan.okay. I spend the whole evening from 5 to 11 and did not make a deal same this morning . So I went across the parking lot to Alfa Romeo. I was treated with kindness intelligence and efficiency. Now I'm driving a brand-new Alfa Romeo. I'm happy as can be and there's not enough words in the dictionary to say how grateful I am. To Mrs Rita case you should be very proud of that team they do an amazing job. Worked with Kristen to make another Alfa Romeo purchase. She was fantastic and made the whole process an unexpected joy. I joked that we made it too easy for her. We are even in the process of possibly trading in my other lease early and have 2 Alfa's in the house.
Took my vehicle for service and was returned damaged. Service director Juan is the rudest service director in the industry no idea how the Rick Case family allow him to be on board. He was a terrible service director at Braman now he is at Rick Case really making them look bad. He does not care about the customer at all. Look at the paint protection on the vehicle. How would feel if this was done to your vehicle? Be ware of this service department.
I recently brought in my Alfa for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went in to pick up my car, they could not find it, nor my keys. I waited for over an hour for them to come up with the car and the keys. They also said that they did a mandatory software upgrade and that's what took so long for the service. Now when i got the car back, the rear hatch won't stay up. I went into the settings and set it correctly, but still falls down. Now they say I have to wait a week for the next available appointment. Service department falls short of great customer service.
