They close the Jacksonville Office,but they dont tell any of there clients this. Sounds kinda shaky to me. Then you call another office and she tells you to call this man. So I did,and in his voice mail he says that he will call you back promptly. Ive been sitting at home all day for this man to call me,I guess they dont want the money that I owe. And there not going to get it until they fix my leg,so i can walk like a normal human being. Not like Frankenstein. I cant sit around this house all day waiting for a single phone call. I have things to do. I just hope they told the employees of there closing this office in Jacksonville. THIS TRULLY SUCKS BIG TIME. From good customer service to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
