I cannot recommend this company more highly. From my first frantic phone call with Clem (on a Sunday!) when the hospital was going to discharge my mom - to the many months since - they have treated my mom like family. Within 24 hours of my mom’s hospital discharge, a nurse arrive to evaluate her and prepare her treatment plan. Within another 24 hours later the PT arrived. Both were wonderful, kind, caring and could not have been more perfect. A few weeks later, we met the OT who was equally as wonderful: kind, empathetic, compassionate and always coordinated with the care team. I have recommended this company to many others since October 2020 and will continue to do so. They hire the best and will treat you and your loved ones like their own.

Man oh man, this company is amazing! I have worked here as an Occupational Therapist for less than a year, but have zero complaints. The CEO is a great communicator and more than willing to do some ground work. All directors work swiftly to work out any problems in company processes and most importantly, they truly care!! You can really feel their sincerity to their patients. Cleamon and nicole would even go to your place and deliver all the supplies you need. Staff are very nice and helpful as well. The lady who answers the call most of the time is very helpful and does the job done.

I have worked for American Advantage for a little over 4 years now. I have had nothing but positive experiences throughout this time. From the friendly “to do” texts from Mona, to Dr. Clem’s infectious positive energy, I feel fortunate to be a part of this company! Everyone is very personable and friendly, but most importantly ETHICAL, so i never have any worries regarding a patient that’s assigned to m; I know I am seeing them because they genuinely need my services.
