I was on a bus a few months ago and I was amazed by how professional our driver Jose Gonzalez was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, keeps the bus very clean and is very proud of the company he works for, which in return made us feel like we made the right choice. Can't wait to book our next trip with Trinity Transportation.
Church sponsored a trip with Trinity & we had a great time. Pleasant drivers, clean buses. Husband lost his phone on the coach. I phoned..they actually went and looked for it. Couldn't find it. Returned my call and offered for us to come out and look for ourselves. We did...& FOUND IT!!! THANK U CLARISSA & DIANA!! Great customer service!!

Jose Gonzalez was my bus driver for the UMich bus service and I lost my important documents at the airport. Jose was a hero and drove me all the way back from the campus to the airport to search for it. It was past his shift and we weren’t on the way but his customer service was exceptional. On the ride over he mentioned his mission to provide the best service for his customers and train future bus drivers to conduct a service just like he does. I felt so heartwarmed by his chivalry and I hope he goes far in his mission. Thank you so much Jose!
