Truly a surprise. Has a water stream and green bushes, hidden far from the dry valley.

We backpacked to panamint ghost town for 2.5 days .going in was no joke .scrambeling bushwhacking have good boots watwrproof..you will be walking in a creek for a bit.and traversing a waterfall..terrain is rough. And easy to lose trail.but you cant get lost due to being in a canyon..Panamint was extremely cool.old out buildings. mining equipment.and there is a water tank feed by a spring but you need to filter it..defenitely a must do...
