LOL i brought these LIMITED edition dre beats (retail 350) that i’ve pawned twice (recently) at their location on tara blvd (best location i’ve been to) and received 80 both times. i go in here and first she’s offering me 15. so i bring them a bit closer since i know they only take wireless headphones now, lol she turns around and says “oh no we can’t take these.” i went there first thing in the am so i admit i was looking ridiculous BUT that’s no reason to assume i’m some thief that snuck through someone’s window before showing up here. don’t wast your time if you don’t have a lawnmower or an HP laptop LOOL because that’s all they sell.
This location is horrible. They sold our family a tv whose outputs (HDMI/red.yellow.white) did not work at time of purchase and REFUSED to give us our money back. We realized that it didnt work immediatley once we got home and tried to hook up our cable and gaming systems. We even bought new cords just to make sure it was the TV and not our equipment and sure enough, it was the tv. Fact is the store DOES NOT thoroughly check to see if their equipment works NOR WILL THEY TELL YOU IF SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Went in to get a ps4. Overall the store layout is easy to navigate and is fairly clean. As for the staff it was mixed. Saundra was a bit rude but Taylor helped me with the transaction. Also parking is very limited so hopefully you can find a space. Overall not good but not bad either.
Friendly staff that really cares about their customers. Sandra assisted me and addressed all of my concerns as it was my first timing using a pawn service. I would highly recommend coming to this location!
