Office staff were as nice as could be but unfortunately didn’t tell they me were running extremely behind when I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed. So, I had to wait in my car an hour and a half while they took a patient ahead of me who clearly arrived late for his appointment. Be advised they only have one chest Xray machine in what is advertised as an Imaging Center. I will go elsewhere next time.

Daisy is a wonder - you need to give this woman a raise! I needed to get a CT stat and Daisy worked her magic - calling my insurance, calling my Dr. to get a referral, etc. She did all the work for me and with a smile on her face. I got in within a couple hours and everything went very smoothly. I felt very taken care of. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean waiting area and bathroom. They'll do your xrays when no one else will. They also do MRI, bone scanning etc.

I have been working with refugees for nine years and a lot of that time has involved bringing them to medical appointments. Today at Northside/DeKalb Imaging I saw a quality of care for a client that I have never seen anywhere. The two technicians were so gentle and thorough and kind with someone who in addition to having physical disabilities has also experienced severe trauma. If all medical professionals treated people like the two people who administered the xrays to this lady today did, the world would truly be a different place. In addition, the office staff was amazing...so kind and patient. They used phone translation without blinking an eye. Perhaps you would be surprised to know how many medical facilities even those that accept Medicaid refuse to use phone translation because it slows them down.. I can't say enough about this facility. ..even to the soothing music and bottles of water and snacks in the back area. I will always try to come here. Thank you.
