Very helpful and courteous. When I called in they set back what I wanted until I could get there to pick it up. The store is clean and the associates are very knowledgeable on their product. Love having a store close to us.

Came in with my husband to do a big deal. Shop had slightly different hours than before but we didn’t mind waiting an hour for the shop to open. At about 10 till 3 we headed into the store after seeing the door get unlocked and a few other customers be let in to shop. Once we were inside the wicked woman at the counter couldn’t have been ruder. She yelled at us for being in the store before open (10 minutes but I do get it). And so when she had finished yelling at my husband because she unlocked the door she went right back to assisting the customers she let in. She never told these customers to exit and gave them normal service. My husband has been waiting all week to make a deal for about 500 and was very patient with the error the woman made by opening her own store slightly early. However the moment he asked why the other customers were getting priority she became even more rude stating they were here first and such. But her entire message to us was what nobody should be in there before 3. But anyway once she finally decided to use some customer service she rudely demanded to know why we even wanted to which my husband mentioned his deal. She shut him down instantly saying it would take hours before he could get any help due to the fact that she has to help the other customers sell things. I absolutely could not believe how rude this woman was. It’s clear she was caught letting people in early and didn’t want us to speak up about seeing it. We’ve loved this shop for years but that was it. If you can be that rude for your own mistake then you shouldn’t be in customer service. And you definitely can’t say certain customers are better than others just because you know them. Those young men had a crate of common cards and my husband brought in a fist sized stack of meta relevant and expensive cards. Cards most shops are desperate for right now. Avoid. No masks, no customer service. No respect.

Great Game store; play 40k here often. Owners and employees are helpful, welcoming, and really cool. Generally a great environment and pizza right next door. Convenient.

If you come in make sure one of the guys help you. The older lady out front is the meanest person ever. She let her friends jump in line ahead of us after I had been waiting an hour on her. She made it into our fault that we were in the store 10 minutes before opening because she had the door unlocked to let her friends shop.(who of course received no scolding for being in even earlier than us) Go to celina or piqua where they appreciate business. Don’t get mistreated just because you aren’t personal friends with one single employee. The guys however will give you the time you need. They don’t just rudely let their friends into the shop to have priority over everyone else I’ve had a deal set up for 100s worth of a transaction when instead some guy with hundreds of commons got priority over me in line and I was told it would be hours before I could get help. Also pulling down a mask to talk into someone’s face isn’t covid-friendly at all. Stay away from this place. It’s gone down hill.

This place is the best LGS around. If you love any card game this is the place to go. Magic is my game of choice and Joe (one of the store owners) is a great guy. I have never had anything but fun and memorable moments when going there. Prices are great, Staff is amazing, and honestly the only place I spend my money on Magic or any other card game I want to get my hands on (99% magic). If you truly are looking for a great place to go and have never tried magic the gathering this is the number 1 place in north west Ohio.
