Sent in my iPhone 6 so I can upgrade, and got fast response and payment sent fairly quickly. Ive used other services such as Gazelle before and this one exceeded my past experiences with other buyback programs. Will use again when selling my phone, best advice is to try and sell before new phones come out to get top dollar.

This is by far the WORST company I've ever used. I sent my phone to them in mid September 2015. I received an email from them saying that my phone was received and approved on 9/28. I never received any payment so I reached out. A member from the GUZU team said the company has experienced fraud and is very behind on payments. On 11/4, I received an email that my payment was on it's way. The email also explained that it could take up to 5 days for the payment to be received. It is now 12/8 and I NEVER received any type of payment. I think they just sent me that email to keep me quiet. This company is a complete scam. If they were experiencing fraud then they should have SENT BACK ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS DEVICES THAT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO PAY. They are basically stealing from thousands of people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We bought a 100 Iphone 5 from this company and paid the amount of 17000. 2 days after the payment is made we contacted the Mr. H.M to know why the items were not shipped yet. He promised to ship the items the same day. By the end of the day he send us the tracking number. For about 2 weeks he didn't drop off the package to the postal office. After our pressure of asking money back the tracking number start showing results of moving to us. WE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AND INSTEAD OF HAVING 100 PCS OF PHONES IT HAD JUST 7 INSIDE. We contacted the seller and he stated that an mistake has happened and all other kind of justifications. We said him of reporting the case to the police and better business bureau if he was not going to refund the money. He start pretending that the transfer will be done today. Everyday that passed buyer pretended something went wrong with the wire or that the funds get back and he will send again to us. All this was only after communicating to him about reporting the case. H.M\u003eis so brave that he even send us fake wire verification numbers 2 times. 4 weeks after our initial transfer we received from him just a part of 90000 and he still haven't send us the difference. We will report the case to the police of scamming, sending fake wire verification numbers and also to the better business bureau.

Sent in my broken iPhone 6 and Guzu sent me the shipping box in within 3 days, and after sending in my phone, got quick paid within a week of receiving the initial shipping box. great service, i didn't have to do anything except put a piece of tape on a box and putting the box in the mail box. will def use again if something happens to my phone.

THIS PLACE IS STEALING ELECTRONICS!!! Plain and simple, class action suit should follow. I've contacted my lawyer and will also be contacting local prosecutor!!! Multiple emails... Can't call them because the phone is out of service... .

Same problem as others. They used to be good, but I sent a phone about 2 months ago, received a message that it was approved, and never received my 170. The don't answer emails either.

SCAM! Do not use. Sent in two devices (in October 2015) and never received payment. "Amanda" sends email apologizing for delay in payment and it will be sent shortly. Phone numbers are out of service and there are no real people to talk or email to. DO NOT USE. Just wish I read the reviews prior to sending in. Now I'm out 250! Also, check out the BBB, bad rating there as well.

I was quoted 300 for my 2 phones by Guzu on July 25th, 2015. They received them on July 30th and change the quote to 200 on August 3rd alleging that one of the phones was locked, which was a lie. I've filed a dispute and emailed their customer service on several occasions but still have received NO payment for my devices they've had since July 30th. I would not recommend selling anything to Guzu based on my experience and reading others.
