Old Republic Title was a pleasure to use during my refinance loan on November 2, 2020. Michelle made this process so easy for my family and me. She was always available to contact when we had questions and went out of her way to keep me informed when changes occurred due to my loan company updating information. Michelle was a true professional and treated my wife, kids and me like gold! She even took extra precautions to make us feel safe from Covid 19 concerns. Her actions displayed a true passion for her profession and furthermore she proved that customer service is not dead. It is still alive at Old Republic Title! wasted two days of my precious time, they would not reply to emails, ( took out more than 6 emails to get a reply and the reply was totally mean and arrogant), unfortunately they don't respect client time. I felt bad for their receptionist, as through the whole process none of the two lawyer would be in the office to meet me but they have a receptionist who kept saying \ sorry I know this is not right but I can not help\ and \ I don't know\, also as we are going through the charges I found that we were charged 400 for title search where the actual title search was only 300, when I confronted them with that, so many excuses but potentially I was able to get it back. finally our close day was delayed for 4 days as they did not have everything we asked for. at the end this was a cash deal which per my realtor took longer and complications more than the regular loan deals. one star is more than what they actually deserve
