Went here for the first time for a birthday party. Lots of fun for all ages. We were surprised at how smoothly things were with so many kids around. Everyone having fun and being respectful of others. Will definitely go back again. Worth the hour drive!

Went with a friend that was celebrating there child's party. Although the concept of this place is actually pretty amazing. However I did not like how all age groups were mixed and that there is a chance you could hurt a little kid if you aren't paying attention to your surroundings. If they were to separate the really young ages from the rest it wouldn't seem so bad. Another issue is the amount of people that were in the building. Too many for me. I sat up on the balcony and watched from there.

The facility was clean and well kept. There were other kids and adults there, but plenty of room for us and our granddaughter. She had a ball and was thoroughly exhausted by the time we left. We'll definitely be back.

It was over crowded. It was impossible to follow social distancing guidelines in line and while jumping. It took over 30 minutes to get through the line to buy wristbands. Temperatures were not being taken on everyone and some were done improperly. There were spills everywhere. Adults and teenagers were running into children and knocking them down. This was our first experience here and I was very disappointed.

We had our sons 8th birthday party here, and not only did the kids love it but so did the adults. We brought the cake, plus any decorations we wanted and when we got in the party room our host had the decorations up and took care of everyone without needing help. Our host was AWESOME he really made everything effortless on our part we were actually able to just enjoy the party
