The place certainly has a vibe. It was packed and the bar was standing room only. The service is outstanding. From the valet to meeting you the door and beyond I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service. As a matter of fact I could have done with a little less of the waiter asking what else we needed. But who complains about too much attention.

We hit every greasy spoon, diner and dive bar, today we hit Milton's home of the 20 sandwiches. Unless you can write it off as a martini lunch twenty is too much of a price tag to slap on a sandwich but I get it. In places like Manhattan and Del Mar where commercial rent is astronomical the code is you make huge deli sandwiches, enough for two meals and you drive up the average ticket to mid level steakhouse price. Parking is a nightmare in the cramped upscale strip mall, don't be surprised if the act of locating a parking space doesn't start you off on the wrong foot. Milton's Covid-19 protocols are on point and they only offer outdoor seating at this point so kudos to them for that. The Chicago Itallian spiced beef sandwich was spot on, warm, juicy, and served with a cup of au juis. Honestly though, for 20 I was expecting a much larger sandwich. They also have a bakery and their wares looked tempting but my wallet was still bleeding from the sandwich.
Fabulous delicatessen featuring Jewish delicacies. Pastrami sandwiches so big they won't fit the biggest mouth! Delicious matzo ball soup! All served by friendly and helpful staff.
We had the Reuben sandwiche meal it was enough for two, so we shared! Delicious sandwich.
We love the Tuesday special of a Reuben sandwich. It is Simply Delicious. Currently Milton's is set up to eat outside only. They have heaters so it isn't bad, however, what is completely self serve. You go in and order first, then come back in about 10 minutes pick up your order and go upstairs to their temporary outside patio. I would very much prefer if they had service there, but I certainly understand why they don't. Safety is Paramount.
Great food. We haven't stopped here in a long time. So glad we had the chance to stop.
My only regret for Milton's is that I hadn't been sooner. The menu is indulgent but delicious, and the deli inside is the thing of dreams. Pleasant servers and staff. Parking can be a bit of a challenge especially at peak hours.
