I drove 20 miles one way to try Delco’s Original Steaks & Hoagies, it was well worth the drive. I ordered at the counter and the lady said it would be about 10 minutes; they were pretty busy so I went and sat at a table. Seven minutes later I got my hoagie and it’s huge. It was 18” inches long and I could only eat one half of a half. EXCELLENT ! I will be definitely going back to this place.

Hands down one of the best Cheesesteaks I've had in years. On my last visit to the area my brother brought me by here for lunch the day before we left. Upon walking in the door you basically see a small no frills establishment. There's a counter where you place your order and then you fill your drink yourself after they pass you a cup and then take a seat at one of the tables in or booths that line the other wall. BTW, the place was spotless. My brother and I each ordered a cheesesteak each with grilled onions and split a basket of curly fries then grabbed a booth. No less than 10 minutes later our cheesesteaks arrived. They were huge and by huge I mean loaded down with meat. The basket of fries was no slouch either. I could tell by the aroma coming off the sandwich that this meal was going to be finished here, now and that most likely I was going to be taking a nap that afternoon and probably wouldn't want dinner. The cheesesteak was delicious and also very well made. Normally a sandwich like this starts to fall apart by the time you're finishing up however there was no grease to this sandwich and the bread held up to the last bite. I can't wait to come back here and get another sandwich. In fact I'm going to get 2 so I can bring one home back to VA.
My personal opinion, one of the best Cheeseteaks I've ever had. I take mine with Fried Onions, Mushrooms, Ketchup, and Mayo. Plenty of meat and cheese. I got the large and could only eat half of it. I took the other half home and gave it to my other half and even reheated she agreed that it was one of the best she ever had too. I will be back a lot!
The cheesesteaks here are worth the hour drive for me every single time. The bread is always fresh, and the steak they use is rich in flavor. Get yourself a large because you'll want seconds.
November 2020 Really big cheesesteak for under 10 with a generous amount of meat, but a paltry amount of cheese and onions. And the meat was totally unseasoned without even a pinch of salt or pepper. The roll was really fresh, though, but overall it was just an average-tasting cheesesteak for the Philly area. Places like Sonny's, Dalessandro's, and Pudge's are much better, but none of them are in the area.
Have been several times, had both cheese steak and chicken cheese steak and consistently happy. Huge portion compared to other take out places, and great prices too. Hoagie comes on a LARGE, soft roll.. So tasty!
Always great food and great service. Everything from the cheese steak to the Italian hoagie are amazing. You can order ahead or in the restaurant.
