** PLEASE read until the end. As a fellow business owner myself in Boca Raton for 27 years, practicing with private clients, I am beside myself with being left in the condition I am in after having a permanent make up service this week, it is my face!! I will only state the facts bc I am not someone who would ever make a negative comment or review about anyone. Roxanne did the initial microblading treatment with me and told me she was going to do a touchup at the same time and charged me for both. She said it was bc of my hair. I was surprised by this, originally I was told the process would require a touch up after a few weeks And she told me in the last few minutes of our session, out of nowhere. I healed 6 days later and I saw the color was too light and missing in some places, clearly this is why you do a touch up after the original service. Information I have received from top professionals in this business. I politely texted her to please call me, I have concerns and she did not respond for 2 days. I called her at this point and her answer to me was “I’m closed for the summer”, this is January 23rd and the same week of my service!! I again kindly described my results and if only to see it, it would be obvious how bad it looked. She said I’m closed and call me in 3 weeks and I’ll see what I can do. Well everyone knows that’s not going to happen. She clearly took all the money up front and ran, knowing she would be closed that week and left me hanging with permanent make up deficiency on my face. I will expect a partial refund bc I will need to use those funds to redo the job w another professional And repeat the stress to correct it. I will appreciate this and consider it the right thing to do and professionalism on her part. I WILL remove this post when that happens. I have Zelle. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau if there is no refund shortly. This process is stressful enough and I will now have to go through it again as it is.
