Avoid this facility at all costs. They take advantage of car accident victims during the worst pandemic in the history of the United States of America. Their billing department is extremely unprofessional and nasty. They got paid 80% of their exorbitant charge and that wasn't enough. Since their response was completely without merit, I would add the following: I would avoid a Dr. and their office that doesn't pay attention to details. It was 17 months ago that I went here, not several years or two years. Secondly, I was only made aware there was a balance today and contacted them immediately. I have seen and continue to see 4 other medical professionals due to the injuries I sustained. Funny, I don't have a balance with any of them.

Amazing experience. I’ve come here a few times and have always been treated like a priority and taken care of wonderfully by every single employee and always with a smile. Lots of pretty smiles too by the way
The PA was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely personable and friendly. The rest of the staff are efficient, friendly and expressed concern during my visit. Very comforting to receive a follow up phone call from the PA the very next day. A
If i can give no star i would. The nurse practitioner is good. The front desk girl \CRYSTAL\ has an attitude. I asked if she can email me my COVID results and she told me NO. I have to come in and get them. I asked why? I previously tested at this place and the results were sent to my email. Crystals response to me was my supervisor makes those decisions. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. This was at 6:16 pm. She then disconnected the call. No returned call back. I call back and told Crystal i been on hold waiting to speak to the supervisor. Guess what the answer was???? All supervisors leave at 4pm. Well it was after 4pm!! Then why was i on hold for over 30 minutes. Crystal had an attitude, and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!
