Our insurance company wanted to merely patch our roof when it needed to be fully replaced after storm damage. Zack was so polite and helpful throughout the entire process. He listened to my questions time after time and was very patient and thorough. He was very considerate of our home while in it for the appraisal process and took safety precautions due to the current pandemic.
