Went to park and found the only Handicap space left with one of their off road vehicles on display there. Said something and was told \Oh believe me that guy is Handicapped.\ Told the guy that my wife has a physical disability and would have like to come in if there's access. When I left the store I noticed another display vehicle blocking the FDC. Said something again and was told \I never new that was there.\ Lack of training or lack of common sense? Not the Idaho I know.

Dennis Dillon Power Sports is the place to go! I was looking for a specific 2 -up 4 Wheeler, left a message after hours with Dennis Dillon Power Sports and Todd a salesman got right back to me next day. I was headed out of town but he worked with me to get things going. They have a huge selection, great facilities and best of all friendly people to work with. Todd Godfrey was awesome, friendly, no pressure and a pleasure to work with. Go to Dennis Dillon for your toys you won’t be disappointed you did. I know I will be back.
So we purchased our new Outdoors Mountain Trail TRX from Dennis Dillon RV. We showed up knowing what we wanted, and all we needed was someone to answer our questions and move through with the purchase. There was only one salesman in the building, Dennis, and I would say our experience was not up to par considering they are the only dealers for Outdoors and the brand is their most popular. Dennis was not knowledgeable in the product, tried telling us that parts of the trailer were custom options DD orders (not true, all options are part of the base package). Anytime we asked some simple questions he had to resort to asking someone else or looking it up if he could find it at all. Due to no in-stock inventory, we made our decision only to have to change the decision again because Dennis had the incorrect information to begin with as for what was coming available. We showed up a few days later to see another model on-site and ask additional questions only to be met with Dennis being too busy because he was closing 2 sales over the phone. No respect for people that were actually making the purchase and had money down. We were introduced to Darin Wilson (also in sales) since Dennis didn’t have time for us, and we really wish we could have worked with Darin from the beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, went out of his way to help us out for a sale he’s not even getting benefit from. Anytime we came to the dealer he was more friendly and inviting to us each time thereafter even though we were not his client. I hope that this review can show that the sale should wholly be rewarded to Darin as he did everything Dennis couldn’t as well as follow-up, and Dennis was just the lucky guy still on the floor when we came in already planned on our purchase. DD-RV won our final sale due to the diligence and knowledge Darin showed us in our purchase experience. For Dennis, 1 star. For Darin, 5 star.
Outstanding service from the time we walked in the door till the time we picked up our Toy Hauler. Our sales man Darin did an excellent job showing us our toy hauler and then working with us to get the deal we wanted. Jason did our walk through and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jerry the finance rep was very informative throughout the entire process. I would and will be recommending Dennis Dillion RV.
Pointed us to check out some new rigs, said they would be right over, went through the 3 rv s on display and took my time doing so, finally decided they must have forgotten us? Or one of those judgement calls, who knows? .but we went to Allan Marsh out of meridian, D there was awesome,,
