We drove up from Salt Lake to look at a truck that was advertised for a very good price. The sales manager we talked to, Fred, was very helpful on the phone answering our questions and coordinating our visit. He actually came in early Monday morning to make sure the truck was still available before we arrived. Our sales rep, Sarah, did a great job of showing us the vehicle features and answering our questions without trying to push us into anything. After we decided to buy, they were very patient with our schedule, and Sarah even got us lunch, which was much appreciated. Fred worked with our preferred lender to get us a promotional interest rate that didn't benefit the dealership at all, but took some extra work on his part. Sarah took time after the sale to get us hooked up to bluetooth and make sure we didn't have any other questions. Over all they both seemed sincere and friendly, and we enjoyed working with them. The only thing that detracted from the experience was the guy doing the paperwork seemed to want to rush through everything and sell us an extended warranty. But he did answer all our questions. Also, be aware of the theft ID add on. Overall, a good experience with good people.

The two salesmen we worked with were extremely helpful with our budget. You could tell they cared and wasn't a front. Was never pushy at anytime in something we didn't want. We had a lower score than we liked and was put in a brand new car we wanted. Thanks guys!!
Our salesman was Ryan Reynolds and he was very professional, very informative, kind, courteous, understanding and patient. Very, Very good experience with Ryan. We had an unusual situation and it was handled very professionally and promptly by Larry & Brandon in your service area, Kudos to both of them. Oh and light came on in my car so I called the dealership. It did take a few days for them to get back at me but once they did they quickly knew what the problem was and work were able to schedule me an appointment. The appointment was smooth and easy, cheap and affordable. They were friendly and helpful.
Dealing with Sterling and Justin was a terrific experience! They are both gentlemen, have great "people" pleasing abilities, endless knowledge of the products they are selling and seem eager to be a part of the Nissan family. You have two very valuable employees in my humble opinion.
I called at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to get a 4pm appointment on Friday. The service rep received me within 5 minutes of my arrival and I was done within 45minutes. Very professional and courteous.
Great experience. Sarah and Otto were both wonderful and spent time with us explaining about the car, etc. Not pushy at all! The purchase portion was also faster than any previous vehicle purchase I've had, and went very smoothly.
