I have gone here for several years with no issues. They have new staff (since Covid) that are now trying to scam people out of money! I will definitely NOT be back and I will NOT reccomend them to anyone! It's a shame, this 'used' to be a decent place. If I could give them zero stars I would!!

Went in as emergency and the staff and doctor did an amazing job to correct problem. I called around to other offices and Portage Crossing cheduled me in within 24 hours versus 2 weeks that other places wanted.. obviously this staff understand what STAT and emergency means...great place

Terrible experiences almost ever time I went. The hygienists are generally annoying. I'm suspicious about the overall service, as I had zero cavities for 15 years (since I was like 12) and then 4 in like 2 or 3 years. Honestly, it made me wonder. Then this was the final straw; they really sold me on this electric toothbrush that they said I needed. Who else should I believe but them? So, I'm like, "Okay." It was 200. The toothbrush is fine, but a year later they discontinued the toothbrush (one that is promoted by, and in contracts with DentalWorks and DentalOne), and I can't find new heads online, so I'm out 200. Thanks.

Staff is delightful. I just don't like that I have to feel like I am buying a car when all I want to do is go to the dentist. I respect their opinion but coming up with a lump sum of money just so I can get my teeth cleaned...I hate it. Then once you go, your stuck there cuz they take all these x-rays and now you just used your insurance. And if you don't want your teeth to fall out of your mouth, you might as well pay. Don't think they will be my forever dentist. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of the staff. Also, they tell you that they are charging us 10 dollars for added PPE. How did this pandemic become our fault to where we have to pay for their PPE?? Just wrong.

I always enjoy going to this dentist. They thoughtful in their care and a fun group of people. I was previously being seen by a different dentist but wasn’t able to get an appointment so I had to switch. Very glad I did!

I had my first visit with them on July 23 and had a wonderful visit.. for going to the dentist! I have not been to a dentist for several years and needed to get back on track. They were all very friendly and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to go to the dentist. I have a follow up visit this week for cleaning and have to get some filling, and I am not nervous at all. They come highly recommended from me.

Very clean and friendly place! My temp was taken upon walking in and they gave me a COVID screening, which was great considering the current climate. They thoroughly explained everything they were doing and broke down the costs before getting started. I had such a great first time experience!

Best dentist office I have ever been too. Almost everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, plus being helpful. They discussed everything I didn't understand and helped me understand what I needed, as well as how I could get there. Very very happy with my experience. Highly recommend this office.
