ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! This was my first and last visit to this practice. They only seemed interested in up selling you to make more money. I had a great rapport with the receptionist when I made the appointment for a routine cleaning so I was hopeful that the service would be decent. Unfortunately, I only saw the doctor for less than one minute. I spent most of my time with the dental assistant or just waiting around to be serviced. The entire visit took about 1.5 hours, again mostly waiting around. The Hygienist came in to perform the main assessment and that is where the up selling started. From there the Office Manager showed up with a list of charges for a deep cleaning/descaling session that would cost me an additional 700 above what my insurance would cover. Of course when I objected and pointed out to them that I only wanted a routine cleaning which I had performed less than 11 months earlier, they refused to service me. What a waste of my time and my insurance benefits . BEWARE!

I went to Dentalworks Skokie for a tooth abscess on a root canal that was done at the same location 2 years ago. They could not find any of my records. The dentist was nonchalant and provided no information other than it may be a fracture, a 12 day course of antibiotics and a follow up after his vacation. I was then told to go to an orthodontist for a more thorough assessment and plan. It was such a waste of time and my issue was not resolved. I will not be going back.
