I was very impressed with the staff and Dentist. They had a Very concerned and pleasant attitude. This is the best location in Newport you could go to. No other dentist office has ever been so concerned about their patient and very pleasant.

I would say that this is possibly the worst dentist I've ever visited in my life. The office staff is unprofessional. I would specifically like to highlight the behavior of the office manager, Kaitlyn. In my opinion, she is not fit for her position. I was charged 15 four times for a service that was not covered under insurance. There was no way for to me go back and undo the cleaning. I made it abrasively clear from the first appointment that I only wanted to services that were covered under my insurance. I followed up with Kaitlyn and I told her about the issue, but she refused to sensibly refund me for the measly 70. I cannot understand why someone would be willing to lose a patient over such simple circumstances. I hope that this honest review encourages the office staff to improve themselves. The cleaning itself was fine. The lack of communication and professionalism will prevent patients from returning.

They were absolutely amazing! I had an Emergency situation yesterday my husband called and they worked me in within the hour. We got there and the dentist saw the amount of swelling and called to all the close Oral Surgeons asking them to see me immediately.. bc he did that I was able to have surgery this morning and I am so very thankful

So I called and left vm and No One returned my call. I decided to request an appointment through the website and I received a call two days later. This person clearly hates her job. She never apologized when I expressed my experience. She decides to dissuade me from scheduling an appointment by telling me my first appointment is a consultation then a cleaning is scheduled after. I get that process but what does that have to do With my Request for an appointment? Olease stay away from This place. Unprofessional and in my opinion no manners. I am relocating to York County but will find a professional dentist.

Worst ever dentist he is very arrogant and not likeabe at all. Worst dentist I have ever encountered in my lifetime. Dr. Wurmlinger he is not nice! I just wish my dental coverage stops dictating which dentist is covered under my plan that is in network and that is how you end with losers like this guy. He just does not get it, he shows no respect that visits him because he thinks he is better than everyone
