The check in/check out process was efficient. I also was very happy that I was told what my portion of the payment would be, ahead of the appointment. However I had to wait an hour before my daughter was taken in for her appointment. Not an ideal experience during COVID.

I arrived promptly at my appointment and I had to wait a while to check in and there was no wait. I thought it strange to not have proper coverage of staff. After all time is money! That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. They are social distancing, wearing masks, and checking temperatures.

When I walked in, I didn’t think I would ever make it out in a reasonable time. There were at least 10 patients before us, but all three of my kids were called back for cleaning at the same time 10 minutes into the wait. The staff was pleasant and my kids enjoyed the cleaning. I will definitely be returning.

Loved their patience with my child. It’s nice to be able to trust a staff with the well being of your children. My daughter isn’t the most easiest going around strangers but they were very patient and understanding of her feelings which not only put her at ease but myself as well. This is our second visit and I think it’s safe to say it won’t be our last. Also, I’m always in and out! Never a long process.

It is really nice staff and doctor. They are really take care for the kids. Especially, during COVID-19 it is really clean and safety. It always a pleasant experience to take your kids there.
