Complete fraud. Spent 380 to get a passport renewed in 14 days or less, this was before the pandemic. Never heard back. After repeated inquiries, I was told different information each time: my application was submitted and they were waiting on the passport from the state department, or there was a hold on passport renewal from the government, on and on it went for months. None of it was true. They never even submitted my passport for renewal — they held onto my expired passport and all the paperwork for months. Never did a single thing. After 5 months I had to return in person to get my old, expired passport back (never even submitted the application), and all my paperwork. In the meantime, they held onto my 380 for months reassuring me that my passport was right around the corner. Even after getting my passport back, after they did nothing, they did NOT refund the full amount back to me. The cc reversal was only for 350, NOT the 380 I paid them. This company appears to be a money laundering operation and nothing more. I am still owed 30. AVOID THIS COMPANY at ALL COSTS!!! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company is a total and complete SCAM.

I had a wonderful experience with this service. Ladon is extremely nice, patient, and a wonderful person who helped me with everything I needed. I’m going to school in the U.K. and I needed a visa and before I used this service, it took me about a week to do everything before I realized that I couldn’t get an bpr appointment. With Ladon it took me less than a day to figure out everything I needed to do and helped me set up my appointment. I highly recommend using this service!

Oh my goodness thank the lord for Ladan at the LA office. I needed a visa to move to the UK for school and it was getting really close to the date I needed to leave. Ladan got everything done and got it done quick. Also, after my passport got lost in the mail and was late getting to Ladan she STILL got it to me early. Ladan and her team are awesome. My fiancee and I are moving to Belize and went through Veronica and the Ambassador Passport Denver office. Admittedly, we could have done more research on our end to be sure we were making the right decision, but we fully trusted and expected that a travel agency would know the correct information to give us. However, Veronica gladly and willingly took our money, as well as our passports which were sent to California for over 2 weeks-only to learn we couldn't even obtain a 6 month visa while in the US. You can only obtain this visa whilst IN Belize. DO NOT trust this company with your money. They will take your money while fully aware they have no idea what they're doing. Go elsewhere.

Great service A!! I needed an urgent visa to Lagos Nigeria for a family emergency. There is no Nigerian consulate in Denver and I was too overwhelmed to deal with any of the details. I found Ambassador online and gave them a call. They told me exactly what to do, step by step. I could tell they were sympathetic to my situation. They handled the whole process. I had my visa just in time for my trip. It was not a fun trip, and I wish it was under different circumstance, but it would not be possible without the help of Ambassador.
