Thought this would be a good choice for a company outing. Overall, not worth 250 for 8 people, for that price we could have easily walked from bar to bar or just rented scooters. Negatives: -The tour was supposed to start at 5:45 but didn't start until 6:30 because the guide was late (I'm sure if we were 45 minutes late he would have already left with no refund) -The guide had no idea which bars we had planned on going to or which route we had planned out (even though they have you type it into the website when you book your tour) -It would be better if the bicycle were electric (especially for 125 an hour) -Instead of charging for the entire ride when you book it, you should charge for half or 75% of it and then the other 25% at the end so the riders can tip the tour guide in a case such as this Positives: -The tour guide was very nice and personable

Horrible communication. Paid for an event. Had to reschedule date and time. And day of rescheduling. we never got an email. Called several times. Emailed. No response....they took our money, and we didn’t get our event...
Official communication for this tour told my group to meet at the Celtic Tavern - we all received this email and I've attached a screenshot. We showed up at the Celtic early, got a round, and waited for the bike bar to arrive. About five minutes before we were scheduled to start, we started getting nervous and called our driver - no response. Called again at the start time, and then every 2-5 minutes. 15 minutes after our start, we received a call from Dre, who explained that we needed to be at Baker St instead, and that he'd texted a member of our group about the change...didn't answer his phone though. We hustled over to Baker St (paying for 2 XL Ubers), all while \the clock was running\ in Dre's words. Although he was nice enough getting us around, this definitely set an uncomfortable tone for the afternoon and rushed us through our stops. In retrospect, we'd choose a different Bike Bar service, and I'd encourage anyone reading this to have an alternate option for your afternoon in case your pickup location is changed last minute.

BEWARE. Terrible customer service. We pre-paid for the event, and they cancelled last minute due to an emergency with our driver. We tried to get our money refunded for two weeks straight. The owner was not proactive at replying about the refund. Once your money goes into their system, it will not come out.
