I had the good fortune to have found Debra and her school of Qigong studies, Chi Wellness.. There are many of you out there who sense the shift in consciousness. Those who instinctively know there is wisdom reaching out to humanity from our ancient past. The art of Qigong is expertly taught at the Chi Wellness School by Debra. I have been studying there for several years now and my experience has been profound, I am able to achieve deep levels of calm. My intuition is razor sharp. My creativity and focus are fueled. My body is prepared for the challenges of modern life. In addition to healing sessions there are a variety of classes available depending on how deep students wish to go. For anyone who is interested I think the movement classes are an excellent place to start. These are amazing exercises, gentle and slow very similar to Tai Chi. One can relieve physical tension and mental stress through still and moving meditations. I feel awesome! Thank You Debra for everything!

My name is Ryan and I've been working with Mrs. Allen and Chi Wellness for three years. As a teacher and as a student, I've worked with dozens of other professionals in a variety of capacities in the movement arts such as dance, martial arts and kinesiology over the past 14 years.
