Do not take your shoes to Dardano's. Poor quality repair... Twice on the same boot... I brought in brand a new, unworn boot for repair at Dardano's Tuesday, December 9. They do not have a cobbler in house and need to send out which they stated takes 1 week. What follows is my experience. 1. Sent right boot in for lift on sole and heel. The cobbler did not do the sole. This required me to wait 2 additional days. I regularly get my shoe lifted and 9 days total for a simply lift is too long. Typical time is 3 days. 2. When I received my boot, it had visible scratches. I understand that boots will eventually get scratched up (this is the real world), however scratches should not appear when the product is returned to the customer. The friendly staff staff gave me a 7 discount, but when a boot is 300 that hardly matters. The quality of the repair work was clearly unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service.

I’ve been visiting Dardano’s for years and have always been very well-served by the helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They carry some top notch brands and do wonderful shoe repair, to boot (). I recently had them resole an old pair of Birkenstocks for a reasonable price, giving my beloved sandals another few years of life. Yesterday I came in looking for some help with maintaining a new pair of Red Wings and was really impressed by the assistance I received from the gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but he has great hair) at the counter. Dardano’s is an excellent small business worth your dollars.

Shoes are good quality. You actually get treated like a respectable customer instead of a burden, or another number, like at other places. Walked in, was asked what I was in the market for. Directed to proper area. Sons foot measured, 4 different pairs of shoes brought out for him to try. Left with a great shoe and a very happy 12 year old. This is a family owned business, even better! Love supporting our local guys :) Keep up your great work Dardano's!

Love this store and I grew up with Dardano's in the Cherry Creek area. Amazing how they have grown over many years and the quality selection of shoes are the best anywhere! Customer service and knowledge of sales staff is top notch.

The owner Dillon has a lovely store, and I would recommend it to anyone. Dillon refered me to his manger, Desmond. Desmond was so helpful and patient. He is knowledgeable on finding the appropriate shoe size and style. All the staff there was welcoming.
