I have been waiting over five months for detail associated with ACH deposits. I was also purposely disconnected by the receptionist with I insisted to speak to a live person, if emails were not answered why would a voice mail be any different? Jodi (name?) did return my call and assured the requested information would be sent right away. Forty-eight hours later, still no info. I began working with the Better Business Bureau for resolution. I am unable to post with zero stars, therefore only one star.

I would NEVER recommend DCP Midstream based on my experience dealing with Philip Cooke, their reliability engineer. Philip failed to answer important questions about my firm's impending deal with DCP. When seeking consultant input avoid DCP Midstream at all costs!
