Great place. Friendly people. However, like everyone else now, no restrooms for drivers. Utilize one before you arrive or enjoy the cold fiberglass porta-potty with no water.

Even though my appointment was need up with the times (8am app on my paperwork and when I checked in was a 11am app) but the guy was nice and put me in a door and less than 1 hour I was rolling. Thanks.

Your Garmin GPS might mislead you on to some roads that are off limits to trucks. Use Route 272 (N Reading Road) to Church Street (converts to Main Street). South 4th street to Washington. Do the reverse to exit. To check in, provide license info, PO number, carrier and seller name, and your phone number. If you arrive extra early, they will take you closer to appointment time. Plenty of roaming area. Some side parking not too sure about overnight. All they ask you to do is chock wheels and disconnect the red air line. Very friendly staff, and you may stay on premises for a log book reset. Try not to abuse their gesture.
