I MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE AND LYING IN COURT ON AN INDIVIDUAL THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THIER ASSISTANT CATCH A LYING! Our daughter has court in Denver but is currently in Douglas County. She was to appear in court three times since February. She has ordered writs requesting to be transferred to Denver and Denver has never yet picked her up; rather, they have given her 2-3 extra warrants for not appearing. She CAN'T GET THERE!!! NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES. THIS IS ONE MESSED UP SYSTEM. SHE NEEDS REHAB AND SHE CAN'T GET TO COURT . WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE..WHAT A SCAM.

Denver prosecuting attorney Bilal A. Aziz has failed to produce discovery and had the defendant show up for it 4 times over the course of a week. He was told on Friday that it would be ready Mon morning fist thing. Still not ready supposedly because he needs to REVIEW it? You dont get to CHOOSE what you release for discovery. Brady VS Maryland is VERY CLEAR.
