My husband loves this store and this location was wonderful! Anything you need outdoors and also a great clearance section on third floor. The stairs were lots of fun for our little and so were the bears outside!

REI is a great place to get outdoor recreation clothes and stuff. The price tags confirm it's all quality gear but I recommend trying the stuff on before buying.
For some bizarre reason, in the garage section the sunglasses in the case have prices deliberately obscured necessitating a clerk unlock the case to reveal PRICES (not to try on, which is another matter entirely). I find this baffling and shirt sighted considering it’s COVID times and the LAST thing I want to do is interact with another person unless I must. The clerk was totally nice—it’s managements’ decision to hide prices. Lost potential sale. Prices probably nuts anyhow being that it’s REI.
I went in this weekend to look for a new pair of ski boots after experiencing repeated issues with pain in my rentals. I was able to join the waitlist and was quickly met by Renee. Renee asked questions about my experience level and the pain I’ve experienced, took some measurements, looked at my feet and stance and brought me several options despite that it’s late in the season and stock is low. Renee walked me through what I should feel and shouldn’t feel and explained more options she could provide to make even the best off-the-shelf boot feel even better. I’m so grateful for the time Renee spent with me and the incredible decades of knowledge she shared with me to make sure the boots were just right - she really went above and beyond! Thanks for the great experience!
Amazing store. You could get lost in the there for hours. Flthis is definitely my new go to for any gear needs. Everything is on display to visualize, try and experience before you buy, which is super important when buying something that you’re going to take out miles away from civilization. Also a sick bike test track
