We used Art Classes with Mary Shadbolt to do a virtual birthday party for our daughter's 6th birthday. It was perfect! Mary was so easy to work with and so accommodating with many different options. My daughter and her friends had a blast painting unicorns and having a nice piece of artwork at the end to be proud of! The packaged bags of supplies were great and each child had everything they needed in such a nice presentation. I would recommend this art school for classes or parties to anyone who asks!

As an adult, I love taking classes and doing workshops with Mary! She is a wonderful teacher and guides us through each project step by step. Whether you’ve never drawn/painted before or went to art school it’s all good! Her classes are relaxing, fun, educational and social (with the safe distance required). I can’t wait to go back for more!!

Mary created personalized painting kits for my daughter’s birthday party and they were PERFECT! She asked my daughter’s interests and designed a one of a kind piece just for her party. She had personalized step-by-step directions, supplied all the paint, canvas (pre-drawn), and paint brushes all individually bagged. The kit took most of the girls a full hour (longer for some) and all the girls said how fun it was. I highly recommend her kits for a party or just a family/friends night.

My son has taken many classes with Mary and loved them all. She was able to guide him with more advanced techniques which thrilled and engaged him. Even with zoom classes, she was clear and concise, allowing for the full class experience at home during quarantine. We highly recommend her!
