Trying to figure out how to pay them my franchise tax for my business. I can't figure out how to do it through atap so I emailed them over a week ago and haven't received a response. I called multiple times, went through the automated system, got put on hold for 10-15 minutes and then was hung up on.

There was a female there. Who was really rude when i was calling about the state refund. Gave absolutely no help. Helps to show whos working for the state. Hung up 3 times during 4 o clock pm hours

I called to get a Military Extension on my Drivers License. My DL was from Arkansas, but Im currently stationed in New Mexico, and everything here was appointment only (booked till August). I called the DoFA, and got met with a little bit of questioning at first. The usual things to question validity. \Are you an Arkansas Resident\ \Who do you pay your sales taxes to?\ Normally when im asked these questions in regard to my military service, its a means to an end to deny service to me based on those reasons. I got put on hold, and I was sure that I was out of luck. I got put through to another Department, and got told to send them my information, and they would get back to me- but that it required upper management to approve. I figured it was worth a shot, but even then- my license expired the next day. I woke up from a nap to an email containing my extension only an hour or so later. The DoFA may be full of some hassles, but there are good people working there who will do their best. The assistant-supervisor I was put on with was curious, and quick with my request, and was nothing but amazing with the process.
